Terms & Conditions of Trading
PRICE : All prices quoted exclude carriage and VAT. Carriage will be charged at applicable rates and added to the invoice total. Method of carriage will be at our discretion unless requested otherwise. All products are charged at list price unless a discount has been agreed in writing. Following a price increase and where you have specified a different price on your order, we will advise you before proceeding.
PAYMENT : We accept payment by cheque, credit cards, bankers draft and BACS, Goods will be despatched once payment has been cleared through the Bank.
CREDIT FACILITY : If a credit facility is agreed, payment must reach us within 30 days of invoice date (except where agreed otherwise in writing).
RETENTION OF TITLE : All goods remain our property until such time as they have been paid in full, as per all invoices issued by us for those goods and all other monies due to DEP Ltd have also been paid in full. Goods supplied may not be resold by you until they have been paid for in full, unless the new purchaser is made aware that title remains with us until we have been paid for in full.
DELIVERY & TRANSIT DAMAGE : Unless agreed otherwise, we dispatch using our preferred carrier. Standard Delivery is normally made the next working day after dispatch, no absolute guarantee can be given of this or any other delivery times. A premium service (ie before 9.30 am or AM delivery) can be requested at an additional cost.
Same day dispatch for all stock items is subject to the order being received before 12.30 pm (under normal circumstances), but this may vary according to the workload.
Goods damaged in transit must be signed for as damaged on the carriers receipt note and must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt. If this is not done then no claims for losses can be accepted. All packaging and batch numbers must be retained.
REPLACEMENT & FAULTY GOODS : Liability is limited to the replacement value of the goods and no liability for contingencies will be accepted.
Please check the product description as we cannot accept liability for errors. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the correct goods are ordered for their purposes.
RETURNS & REFUNDS : Packages returned carriage paid in good condition to D.E.P., Frith Park, Walton-on-the-Hill, Tadworth, Surrey KT20 will be credited at the price originally charged. A small re-stocking charge may be levied. Customers name to be shown on all packages.
Purchase Orders : All Purchase Orders must quote a valid order number. Purchase Orders are not valid unless signed by a Director of Digital Electronic Products Ltd. All documentation must quote the purchase order number. Invoices will not be paid unless the DEP Ltd purchase order number is quoted.
BY PLACING AN ORDER WITH US YOU ARE BOUND BY THESE TERMS UNLESS AGREED OTHERWISE IN WRITING. ALL STATUTORY RIGHTS APPLY AS PER THE STATUTE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM AND EUROPEAN UNION WHERE APPLICABLE .
